Oral microbiome in molar-incisor pattern periodontitis

Periodontitis is a multifactorial inflammatory disease induced by a complex microbial community, however, little is known about about the subgingival, supragingival and fecal microbiota associated to Grade C/molar-incisor pattern (GC/MIP). So, in this cross-sectional study we investigated oral and gut microbiome of individuals affetcetd by GC/MIP and compared to healthy individuals.
