Effects of DKK1 on tumor cells and NK cells Tumor cells: GFP-H2B-mApple-Thy1.1+ PyMT-BO1 cells from orthotopic breast tumors 15 days after tumor inoculation in IgG or mDKN01-treated WT mice were sorted, after exclusion of Ter119+ erythrocytes and CD45+ immune cells and extracted RNA for sequencing. NK cells: NK cells sorted from the spleen of poly I:C treated C57BL/6 mice using negative selection beads and stimulated ex vivo with rDKK1 for 4 hours. Then, further sorted cells based on CD45+CD3-NK1.1+ markers and extracted RNA for sequencing
