MANCO-EX Global Heavy Crude Oil Chromatographic and Exergy Loss Dataset

This repository contains the consolidated empirical multi-basin dataset (N = 41 complete high-resolution biomarker suites across Venezuela, Canada, China, and Chad, plus N = 1,585 physicochemical monitoring samples from the Bemidji Natural Attenuation Site) supporting the MANCO Exergetic Framework (MANCO-EX). The dataset integrates organic acid concentrations, methylphenanthrene isomer ratios, triaromatic steroid ratios, SARA fractions, independent laboratory dynamic viscosity measurements, and calculated specific oil-phase exergy loss values (Delta X_d, in kJ/mol). The repository also includes the object-oriented MANCO-EX SOTA Python Inference Engine.
