Phylogenetic Signal for transformed and untransformed Foliar Spectra of Regenerating Plants

This dataset allows to assess the full outcomes of the phylogenetic signal computed by K and Lambda metrics for the foliar spectral profile (wavelengths: 400-2450 nm) of regenerating plants in Neotropical Forest Gaps in the Southern region of Brazil. The results of the phylogenetic signal tests are provided for reflected wavelengths treated by splice correction (untransformed) and normalized by the first derivative (transformed).本数据集可用于评估巴西南部新热带林林隙内更新植株的叶片光谱剖面（波长范围：400~2450 nm）中，由K与Lambda指标计算得到的系统发育信号（phylogenetic signal）的全部结果。本数据集提供了经拼接校正（未变换）与一阶导数归一化（已变换）处理的反射波长对应的系统发育信号测试结果。
