The dataset includes zeta potential measurements and SEM, EDS, AFM, and XPS for β-type titanium alloy samples in the untreated condition and after MAO treatment. The research conducted within the project aims to evaluate the influence of micro-arc oxidation process parameters on coating properties, particularly its microstructure and chemical composition, in the context of applying these modifications as implant surface treatments.
