Three quadruple collocation data sets of ocean surface vector winds from buoys, spaceborne scatterometers (ASCAT-A, ASCAT-B, and ScatSat), and ECMWF forecasts together with a description of the data. The data sets belong to the paper "Quadruple collocation analysis of in-situ, scatterometer, and NWP winds" by Jur Vogelzang and Ad Stoffelen, JGR-Oceans, 2021.
