PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a protruding length of a blade to be finely adjusted by solving the problem that the protruding length of the blade cannot be finely adjusted because adjustment is performed in a condition where the trimmer body and the cylindrical body are loosed and rattling is caused in a conventional tool， in which， fastening of a fastening body is loosed， a pinion is engaged with a rack of a trimmer body， a knob provided to the pinion is rotated to vertically move the trimmer body with respect to a cylindrical body， to adjust the protruding length of the blade. SOLUTION: A fastening tool for holding a trimmer body has a cylindrical shape， and comprises a door， a bottom plate and a fixing tool for preventing the door from opening when the door is closed， and is provided with a first control plate for moving together with the fastening tool. A support pillar plate is provided to a support base orthogonally to the first control plate， and a second control body is fixed to the support pillar plate in parallel to the first control plate， and a screw for vertically moving the first control plate with respect to the fixed second control plate is provided.
