RNA-seq of mouse liver from PTENa-/- and WT after LPS treatment

RNA-seq was performed on liver tissues from PTENa knockout and wild-type mice following LPS stimulation. The study aims to characterize gene expression changes associated with hepatic inflammatory responses in the absence of PTENa. Overall design: We performed gene expression profiling analysis using RNA-seq of liver tissues from PTENa knockout (PTENa-/-) and wild-type (WT) mice. Mice were treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 15 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection), and liver samples were collected 6 h after stimulation. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to high-throughput sequencing.
