Dataset of Hindi Translation, Validation and Reliability of Western Ontario Shoulder Instability Index (WOSI) in Patients with Shoulder Instability

This dataset accompanies the study titled “Hindi Translation, Validation and Reliability of the Western Ontario Shoulder Instability Index (WOSI) in Individuals with Shoulder Instability.” It includes the Hindi-translated WOSI questionnaire developed through the standardized translation procedure proposed by Beaton et al., along with the data used to evaluate its psychometric properties. The dataset contains expert ratings for content validity and test–retest reliability responses collected from individuals with shoulder instability, which were used to calculate reliability indices such as ICC, SEM, and MDC. This dataset supports the assessment of the Hindi WOSI as a valid and reliable tool for evaluating shoulder-related quality of life in Hindi-speaking populations.
