SON and SRRM2 were depleted in U2OS and HeLa cells and infected with HIV-1. Similarly HEK293T cells were infected with HIV-1 virus. DNA from infected cells were used to make integration libraries by ligation-mediated PCR. PCR products were sequenced by Illumina. Integration sites were determined against hg19. Random integration control or RIC were generated against hg19 as a control.
