These data accompany the article 'Dynamic allometry in coastal overwash morphology' (Lazarus et al., 2019).Table 1 includes the trial number, image date, image number, image time, total elapsed time for trial, time as percentage of the overall trial duration, washover feature ID (for tracking individual features between images, washover area (m2), washover length (m), washover position alongshore (m), and spacing between adjacent washovers (m).Table 2 includes an index reference, percent experimental run time, area (m2), and length (m) for five individual deposits in which we track morphometric change during an experimental trial. (See Fig. 5 of the corresponding article.)Table 3 includes year, washover area (m2), and washover length (m) for deposits along Core Banks, North Carolina, USA, measured in aerial imagery (via Google Earth) from 1993, 2005, and 2011.
