FQMS — Fuel Quality Monitoring System 2014

EU Directive 98/70/EC requires Member States to verify compliance with quality standards for fuels and report the results to the European Commission. In Austria, 2 014 rd 7.97 million tonnes of fuel were sold, of which 6.35 million tonnes (approximately 80 %) diesel fuels. The Federal Environment Agency analysed samples from 206 petrol stations throughout Germany, with one sample per gas station. Diesel fuels were tested according to ÖNORM EN 590, petrol according to ÖNORM EN 228. In the case of petrol, a sample of the fuel grade ‘superbenzine’ found a deviation from the standard parameter for vapour pressure. All samples of the “normal petrol” and “Super Plus” varieties, as well as all diesel fuel samples, were compliant with the standards. The maximum 10 mg/kg sulphur content for marine fuels to be complied with in accordance with EU Directive 2009/30/EC was not exceeded for any of the five samples analysed.欧盟《98/70/EC号指令》要求各成员国核查燃料质量标准的合规性，并向欧盟委员会报送相关检测结果。2014年奥地利共售出燃料797万吨，其中柴油635万吨，占比约80%。德国联邦环境署对全国206座加油站采集样品，每站仅采集1份。柴油样品按照ÖNORM EN 590标准开展检测，汽油样品则按照ÖNORM EN 228标准检测。其中，“超级汽油（superbenzine）”品级的燃料样品被发现存在蒸气压参数偏离标准的情况；其余所有“普通汽油”与“超级优加（Super Plus）”品级的样品，以及全部柴油样品均符合对应标准要求。针对需符合欧盟《2009/30/EC号指令》的船用燃料，其硫含量限值为10mg/kg，本次分析的5份船用燃料样品均未超出该限值。
