The data archive contains: 1) rates of acetylene production as a result of PAH dissociation and gas phase reactions; 2) Abundances of small hydrocarbons in photo-dissociation regions with inclusion of dissociation of PAHs and without it. Rates of acetylene production from PAHs are in files Orion-Bar-1/pahrates_orion_goi1.dat, Orion-Bar-2/pahrates_orion_goi2.dat, Horsehead/pahrates_horse.dat. Columns: number of a position point, time, rate in units [mol s^-1 1H atom]. Rates of acetylene production in gas phase chemical reactions in files Orion-Bar-1/X/form_dest_C2H2, where X is a position number and in analogous files for other objects/conditions. Abundances (and their change in time) of small hydrocarbons are in files Orion-Bar-1/X/results.dat (without inclusion of PAHs) and in Orion-Bar-1/X/PAH_term/results.dat (with PAHs), for other objects/conditions paths are similar.
