Environmental Ordinance, Water Storage

The provincial policy for regional flooding is aimed at ensuring protection against flooding. The Environmental Regulation includes areas susceptible to flooding (reservation areas of water storage) and areas where controlled water storage is provided or naturally flooded such as stream valleys (regional water storage). Linked to this are rules that implement the policy in the Regional Water and Soil Programme 2022-2027 (RWP). The areas are updated periodically.省级区域防洪政策旨在筑牢洪涝灾害防护屏障。本环境管控法规涵盖易受洪涝影响的区域（蓄水预留区），以及实施受控蓄水或自然滞洪的区域，例如河谷地带（区域蓄水区域）。与此配套的是《2022-2027年区域水土规划（Regional Water and Soil Programme，缩写RWP）》中用于落实该政策的相关规则。上述相关区域将定期更新调整。
