Effects of AMF on wheat transcriptome under cadmium stress

The experiment was divided into four treatments, namely control(CK), Glomus mosseae symbiosis under normal conditions (GM ), 10 mg. kg-1 CdCl2 treatment(Cd10), Glomus mosseae symbiosis under10 mg. kg-1 CdCl2 (GM+Cd10). The purpose of this experiment was to analyze the molecular mechanism of AMF alleviating cadmium stress in wheat.
