FRM Target Areas

Flood Risk Management Target Areas (FRM TA's) are a geographical dataset that identifies areas which are the focus of targeted flood risk management objectives and actions, as identified in Scotland’s National Flood Risk Management Plans 2021. FRM TA's are located within Potentially Vulnerable Areas (PVA's) which are a broader unit of management, though in some case the FRM TA can comprise an entire PVA. The actions and objectives of each FRM TA are identified in the Flood Risk Management (FRM) Plans.These 444 areas are reviewed and updated throughout the FRM cycle, our latest amendments were made on 22 December 2021.洪水风险管理目标区域（Flood Risk Management Target Areas，缩写FRM TA）是一类地理数据集，用于识别苏格兰2021年国家洪水风险管理计划中划定的、需实施针对性洪水风险管理目标与举措的重点区域。此类区域隶属于范围更广的管理单元——潜在脆弱区域（Potentially Vulnerable Areas，缩写PVA），但部分情况下，单个FRM TA可完整覆盖一个PVA。各FRM TA对应的管理目标与实施行动，均在洪水风险管理（Flood Risk Management，缩写FRM）计划中予以明确。本数据集共计包含444个此类区域，将随洪水风险管理周期进行定期审查与更新，最近一次修订完成于2021年12月22日。
