USCGC Healy HLY-02-01 1-Minute Position and Weather Data. Version 1.0

This data set is a composite of several ship underway datasets produced by the U.S. Coast Guard aboard the United States Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) Healy during the Spring SBI Process Cruise of 2002 (hly-02-01). The composite file contains both the ship's position and the weather information collected aboard the cruise ship. The weather information is a collection of grab samples (not averages) at approximately one minute intervals.本数据集为2002年春季SBI过程巡航（任务编号hly-02-01）期间，由美国海岸警卫队在美国海岸警卫队巡逻舰（United States Coast Guard Cutter，缩写USCGC）希利号上采集的多份船舶在航数据集的整合集合。该整合文件同时收录本次巡航期间获取的船舶位置数据与气象观测信息。其中气象观测信息为约每分钟采集一次的瞬时采样数据（而非平均值）。
