Comparative Efficacy and Safety of RC-48 Versus GC Regimen with Immunotherapy in Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer Patients

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of RC-48, an anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate, compared to the conventional gemcitabine plus cisplatin (GC) regimen combined with immunotherapy in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). By analyzing clinical outcomes and adverse effects, we provide insights into optimizing treatment strategies to improve patient survival and quality of life.
