Scalable and universal practice for deep-sea metagenomic study

While the development of metagenomic technologies has led to an increasing scale of environmental metagenomic studies, deep-sea metagenomic research still faces several technical challenges. In our study, we aim to identify the best practice for experimental and analytical methods specifically for deep-sea metagenomic sequencing data.
