Light sheet 3D timelapse of a human breast cell acini

This dataset contains a 3D movie of an MCF10A acini. Three fluorescence channels encode a nuclear marker for segmentation and tracking, and reporters for CDK2 and ERK activity. Data dimensions: [t,c,z,y,x] -> [145, 3, 188, 188, 188] Data format: zarr, Voxel size: 0.29x0.29x0.29 μm/px Time resolution: 5min/frame Channels: C0: ERK-KTR-mTurquoise2 (ERK activity) C1: DHB-mRuby2 (CDK2 activity) C2: H2B-miRFP703 (nuclear marker) The dataset is used in the paper accompanying conv-paint, an interactive image segmentation tool for napari. The paper will be linked as soon as a preprint is published. The dataset is an interesting test set for various image analysis tools, especially because of its high dimensionality. Stored as a zarr array, it can be drag-and-dropped into the image viewer napari for interactive visualisation and exploration. Each chunk represents one time point.
