Herb layer composition drives changes in the soil fungal community structure in Pinus massoniana plantation after Crop tree thinning

In order to improve the ecological problems caused by pure forest plantation and solve the contradiction between wood supply and demand, it is very important to adopt sustainable forest management. For this reason, we carried out thinning with different densities in subtropical Pinus massoniana plantation and discussed the response model of fungal community structure to it.
