Drone-derived orthomosaics for Maaroom and Boonooroo, Great Sandy Strait, Australia April, 2018

Orthomosaics for this project were created using Structure-from-Motion (SfM) algorithms from drone-derived imagery.Images were acquired using both DJI Phantom 3 Advanced (P3) and DJI Phantom 4 Professional (P4) drones. The resultant orthomosaics have 2 and 4 cm resolution and are georeferenced to GDA94 MGA zone 56 coordinate system. Positional accuracy is +- 2 cm based on RTK GPS control points.GeoTiff data is available and can be requested.
