The role of agrotourism in the global economy, its role in the green economy, and its significance as a factor of regional development are highlighted based on scientific approaches. It also analyzes the institutional, economic, environmental, and social mechanisms for the development of agritourism, its compliance with the goals of sustainable development, and the stages of innovative development. The article substantiates the role of agritourism in regional diversification, increasing agricultural efficiency, ensuring employment, and developing local infrastructure. The prospects for the development of agritourism through modern scientific approaches, including the cluster model, digital platforms, environmental certification, and green financing tools, are revealed. The research results will serve to develop important scientific and practical recommendations for the integration of the regional economy, tourism, and agriculture.
