Transcriptomic Profiling of iPSC-Derived Neurons from Hereditary Parkinson's Disease Patients and Healthy Controls

This study presents a comparative transcriptomic analysis of human induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC)-derived neurons to investigate the molecular pathways underlying hereditary forms of Parkinson's disease (PD). The dataset comprises 34 RNA-seq samples, including 22 from Parkinson's disease patients with specific genetic mutations and 12 from healthy control donors. Samples were obtained from two independent research centers in Moscow and Saint Petersburg cohorts.
