Different pesticide application treatments had significant effects on soil microbial community composition, soil physical and chemical properties and ecological functions of bamboo forests. However, there are still few studies on the mechanism of microbial diversity, soil environment and pesticides under long-term application of biological and chemical pesticides. In this study, the differential regulation mechanism of Metarhizium anisopliae (Mp) and Chlorpyrifos (CPF) on soil microorganisms in bamboo forest was systematically explored based on high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA and ITS, soil physical and chemical properties and key enzyme activity analysis through a 360-day field monitoring.
