Metaplastic injury of mice using high-dose tamoxifen (HD-Tam) or chronic Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection. Overall design: Wild-type C57BL/6J were treated with either vehicle (24 hours), high-dose tamoxifen (HD-Tam) for 48 hours, or infected with Helicobacter pylori (Hp) for 6.5 months. Gastric corpus tissue was collected, and RNA was isolated from two littermate/cagemate mice per treatment.
