RNA-Sequencing to determine transcriptome changes in 22Rv1 and MCF7 cells after treatment with NONO ligands and controls. NONO KO (sgNONO) or control (sgControl) cells were treated. Overall design: sgControl or sgNONO 22Rv1 or MCF7 cells were treated in biological triplicate with DMSO (0.04%) or SKBG-1 (R) or SKBG-1 (S) (20µM and 5µM in 22Rv1 and MCF7 cells, respectively) for 4 hours prior to RNA-sequencing.
