Seawater carbonate chemistry and the net calcification and photosynthesis rate of coralline algae@en

In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Gattuso et al, 2016) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI). The date of carbonate chemistry calculation by seacarb is 2018-07-20.为实现与其他海洋酸化数据集的完全可比性，本研究采用R包seacarb（Gattuso等，2016），按照Nisumaa等（2010）所述的方法计算得到一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量集。本数据集不仅归档了原始数值，还附带了经重新计算得到的参数（详见相关首席研究员（Principal Investigator））。通过seacarb完成碳酸盐化学计算的日期为2018年7月20日。
