Seismic reflection ice thickness and elevation data: Kemp Land 1957-1959

ANARE seismic and gravity survey during the period of the IGY (1957-59) inland of Mawson Station, Kemp Land. Ice thickness measurements made on 2 regional traverses. Oversnow tractor vehicles were used to complete the traverse. For navigation, astro fixes were supplemented by observations of mountain peaks of known position and height.
