Transcriptome sequencing of mice treated with Chebulae Fructus hydrosoluble extract ethyl acetate fraction and water were performed, and the gene expression profiles were compared. Overall design: Specific pathogen-free (SPF) mice were administered Chebulae Fructus hydrosoluble extract ethyl acetate fraction (1g/kg/day) by gastric irrigation for 1 week. Control mice were given the same volume of water alone. The mice were then killed by cervical dislocation, and the liver was quickly picked and numbered in liquid nitrogen for gene expression analysis.
