Translation (Gun Mai) The story that I am going to tell you now is about an old couple was entrusted a gold jar and a silver jar but told them the gold and silver jars as fermented pork. Long long ago in a village, there was an old couple who had a gold jar and a silver jar. The old couple did not have a child. "Since we are planning to go to the land of Mayu (the place where the parents of the wife live), where should we hide these gold and silver jars?" they thought. They entrusted their gold and silver jars to their neighbour but lied to them as fermented pork jars. But, one day, the couple who was entrusted the jars that were told as fermented pork had nothing to eat the curry when they were having food. So, the wife said to the husband that "Husband, let's take the fermented pork out and eat it. We will kill our pig and make it fermented pork again for them." Then, the husband said that "No, don't do like that. We should not take it out and eat what we were entrusted by others." Do not take it out." The husband said so. But, the wife kept saying that "Husband, let's eat it. We also have a pig. We can make fermented pork again with our pig and refill it again." How the court decided was that a big tree was made a hole and a man was asked to stay inside the tree along with a pencil and paper. The tree was very heavy because there was also a man inside the tree. When the couple was carrying the tree, they talked to each other. The husband said that "I can't carry this tree anymore. Then, the judge said that "So, it is true now that the gold and silver jars were entrusted as fermented pork." And, the judge told the couple to take gold and silver jars out from where they hid. Thus, the couple returned the gold and silver jars to its owner, the old couple. What the story meant was that 'The one too knowledge makes eat and also the one too knowledge makes debt'. The wife said to take fermented pork out and refill with their pig but the couple lost both the fermented pork and gold and silver jars. They also had to carry the heavy tree. Because of the wife's foolish action, they lost their pig. The story is ended here. Thank you very much.
