This dataset contains the audit information for the public transfer scheme of state-owned land use rights in Dongguan City since August 2023. Developed in accordance with the *Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China*, the data is sourced from the full-process online service system for planning management business, paperless business approval system and planning one-map system of the Dongguan Natural Resources Bureau. It records the audit information for the public transfer scheme of state-owned land use rights and is currently available for subscription and use by the Dongguan Municipal Development and Reform Bureau. The core data fields include: project name, project code, submission time (receipt time) of materials by towns and sub-districts, start time of rectification, completion time of rectification, audit approval time of the natural resources department (time of reporting to the municipal government), approval time of the municipal government, and time when the natural resources department submits land supply materials to the public resource trading center, etc.
