本数据集于2020-2022年对中国14个农田和6个湿地典型生态系统的野外站点开展规范的野外调查和植物样品采集测试工作,其以小样方为单位编组,记录物种的生长与分布格局,构建了覆盖中国典型农田和湿地生态系统类型的一套系统的野外调查数据集。本数据集包含了农田和湿地群落结构数据集及农田和湿地群落特征数据集两部分。农田和湿地群落结构数据集包括:通量站名,生态系统类型,调查样方号,样方面积,物种名,物种多度,物种盖度,平均高度,地上生物量。农田和湿地群落特征数据集包括:通量站名,生态系统类型,经度,纬度,调查样方号,样方面积,地上生物量,优势种盖度,丰富度和优势种高度等数据。数据以站点为单元。数据集包含1个excel表,2个sheet表,总计187条记录。所有数据可完全开放共享。
This dataset was developed based on standardized field surveys and plant sample collection and testing conducted at 14 typical farmland and 6 typical wetland ecosystem field sites across China between 2020 and 2022.
Organized using small quadrats as the basic sampling unit, this work records the growth and distribution patterns of species, and constructs a systematic field survey dataset covering typical farmland and wetland ecosystem types in China.
This dataset comprises two parts: the farmland and wetland community structure dataset, and the farmland and wetland community characteristics dataset. The farmland and wetland community structure dataset includes the following items: flux station name, ecosystem type, survey quadrat number, quadrat area, species name, species abundance, species coverage, average plant height, and aboveground biomass. The farmland and wetland community characteristics dataset includes data such as flux station name, ecosystem type, longitude, latitude, survey quadrat number, quadrat area, aboveground biomass, dominant species coverage, species richness, and dominant plant height.
The data is structured by station as the organizational unit. The dataset is stored in one Excel file with two worksheets, containing a total of 187 records. All data is fully open and accessible for sharing.
