· Animal Sex: Male
· Animal Strain: GATA6Venus Reporter or WT
· Number: 7 mice
· Groups: 4 Venus infarction, 3 Venus sham surgery, WT received sham surgery
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 3 post-infarction or sham surgery. Heats were collected. Results were analyzed via flow cytometry examining for Venus reporter expression
