HIF mouse MGE

This is a study using Nkx2.1 cre cross HIF1a f/f and vHLf/f conditional knock-out mice during embryonic stage and lost of functions. We provide the Western blot raw data.本研究通过将Nkx2.1 cre（Nkx2.1 cre）小鼠与HIF1a f/f（HIF1a f/f）、vHLf/f（vHLf/f）条件性基因敲除小鼠杂交，构建胚胎阶段的功能丧失型实验模型并开展相关研究。本数据集提供蛋白质免疫印迹（Western blot）原始数据。
