Data and code for "When does degree identify the leading press-response node in ecological networks?"

This data and code archive accompanies the manuscript "When does degree identify the leading press-response node in ecological networks?". The archive contains processed results, figure source data, nine food-web Jacobian matrices, Python analysis and plotting scripts, a data dictionary, provenance records, and instructions for reproducing Figures 1–4 and Appendix S1: Tables S1–S8. Version 1.1 updates the manuscript title and figure numbering in the documentation. Data, numerical results, analysis settings and executable code are unchanged from version 1.0.
