Detection RNA targets interacting with RBM8A in AGS cells

RBM8A is an RNA-binding protein. To identify RNAs interacting with RBM8A, we employed RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) to enrich associated RNAs, followed by high-throughput sequencing and bioinformatics approaches to characterize the RBM8A-bound RNA profile. Comparative gene profiles analysis of RIP-seq data for anti-RBM8A antibody-enriched RNA and control input RNA in AGS cells.
