m6A RNA methyltransferases Mettl3/14 regulate immune responses to anti-PD-1 therapy

We analyzed the RNA-seq and MeRIP-seq data from Mettl3/14 CRISPR knock-out and control CT26 colon cancer's mouse model. Overall design: Differentially expressed genes in Mettl3/14 depleted tumors compared to control tumors under anti-PD-1 therapy were determined by RNA-seq. Change of RNA methylation states was detected by MeRIP-seq, downstream genes of Mettl3/14 were identified from the comparison of results in RNA-seq and MeRIP-seq
