资源简介:
Targeted drug delivery systems (TDDS) represent a major advancement in modern pharmacology, aiming to improve therapeutic efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicity. This theoretical review explores recent developments in nanocarriers, liposomes, polymer-based systems, and ligand-targeted therapies. The study highlights mechanisms of targeted delivery, clinical applications in oncology and chronic diseases, and pharmacokinetic advantages over conventional drug administration. Findings indicate that TDDS significantly enhances drug bioavailability, reduces adverse effects, and improves treatment precision. However, challenges such as high production costs, stability issues, and regulatory limitations remain barriers to widespread clinical application.
