Development plan Eilbek 8 1st amendment Hamburg

The Ordinance on the Development Plan Eilbek 8 of 23 February 1965 (HmbGVBl. P. 30) is amended as follows: 1.The annex to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the development plan Eilbek 8 is added to the Regulation. 2.In § 2, the following point 5 is added: 5. In the commercial area, retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail is permitted in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’1965年2月23日颁布的《埃尔贝克8号开发规划条例》（Ordinance on the Development Plan Eilbek 8，刊载于《汉堡州法律与条例公报》HmbGVBl. P. 30）现修正如下： 1. 本条例增设《〈埃尔贝克8号开发规划条例〉修正案附件》。 2. 在第2条中新增以下第5项： 5. 商业区域内禁止设立邮购机构以外的零售店铺；例外情形为，零售业务可与手工业及制造业结合开展。本条款依据《建筑使用条例》（Building Use Ordinance）制定，该条例于1990年1月23日修正（刊载于《联邦法律公报》第一卷第133页），并于1993年4月22日完成最后一次修正（刊载于《联邦法律公报》第一卷第466、479页）。
