Factors associated with diabetes self-management questionnaire

This questionnaire in a combination of tools that were used to collect personal and clinical characteristics of participants plus to assess their diabetes knowledge, self-efficacy, outcome expectations, social support, barriers to care and diabetes self-management. The study aimed to identify personal, behavioral and environmental characteristics associated with diabetes self-management among people living with diabetes attending a diabetes clinic in Blantyre Malawi. <br>
