Here, we show the transcriptional changes resulting from sex-specific and early adaptive thermogenic responses to adipocyte specific knockout of Ubc9 in mice compared to littermate controls. Subcutaneous and visceral fat depots were collected from 2-week-old normal chow fed female mice with adipose tissue specific knockout of Ubc9 and littermate controls.
