All the data generated are for Identification of the optimal source of human mesenchymal stromal cells for the treatment of acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD). Biochemistry assays such as qPCR, flow cytometry assay, immunofluorescence assay, H&E staining, cytoxicity assay and ELISA are used in this study. BALB/C and C57BL/6N mouse strain are used as acute GVHD disease model in this study. The study generates images and quantitative data only.
