In this study, we compared active histone marks (trimethylation on lysine 4 on histone 3 (H3K4me3)) in LPS-stimulated macrophages and LPS/IC-stimulated macrophages using bone marrow derived murine macrophages using ChIP-seq approach. BMDMs were stimulated with LPS or LPS/IC before ChIP using anti-H3K4me3 antibody. The ChIP-seq data were generated using 50 bp single-end sequencing reads by BGI (Beijing, China).
