This dataset contains the data collected for the dissertation "Work Motivation among Chinese Inclusive Education Teachers: Its Antecedents, Outcomes, and Changes". The research aims to examine the antecedents of work motivation, the outcomes of work motivation, the mediating role of work motivation, and the changes in work motivation among Chinese inclusive education teachers. This dataset includes data collected from teacher surveys and interviews. In terms of the survey, 534 teachers participated in the pilot study; 762 teachers (Time 1) and 666 teachers (Time 2) participated in the main study. Fifteen teachers participated in semi-structured interviews.
