SPF B6 mice were treated with DMSO or RTX and rested for 4 weeks. Fresh cecum content suspension was then harvested and administered to GF B6 mice by a single oral gavage. After 6 weeks of colonization, fecal samples from donor mice and recipient mice were collected and sent for 16S amplicon sequencing.
