The file AMEA_results contains all the data for the results shown in the referred paper.
The data of each individual simulation is stored in terms of a .json file, which contains the input data, the result, and some metadata. For the input data, a schemata has been uploaded (schemata.zip), which describes each parameter in detail. Furthermore, the metadata includes a hash referring to the respective git commit, allowing full reproducability of the results. The results data is structured as follows
"up", "down" -> refers to the spin
for each spin there is
"w" -> frequency grid
"GR_real" -> real part of the retarded Green's function
"GR_imag" -> imaginary part of the retarded Green's function
"GK_imag" -> imaginary part of the Keldysh Green's function
"SR_el_real" -> real part of the retarded self energy
"SR_el_imag" -> imaginary part of the retarded self energy
"SK_el_imag" -> imaginary part of the Keldysh self energy
The individual folders containing the raw data have a name like e.g. this
V_0_U_8_gamma_0_gc_0.1_gs_0_T_0.05_VG_-1.6
"V" -> applied bias voltage
"U" -> electron-electron interaction strength
"gamma" -> dephasing (spin + charge combined)
"gc" -> charge dephasing
"gs" -> spin dephasing
"T" -> temperature
"VG" -> gate voltage
all values are given in units of Gamma with -Im(Delta(w=0)=Gamma
The folders contain the following data:
"eq_sweep_U"/"eq_sweep_c_dephasing_T_eff_sweep" -> equilibrium calculations for various charge dephasing and electron-electron interaction values
"eq_sweep_U"/"eq_sweep_s_dephasing_T_eff_sweep" -> equilibrium calculations for various spin dephasing and electron-electron interaction values
"conductance_data_gate_voltage/eq_sweep_c_dephasing_U_8" -> equilibrium calculations for various charge dephasing values and gate voltages
"conductance_data_gate_voltage/eq_sweep_s_dephasing_U_8" -> equilibrium calculations for various spin dephasing values and gate voltages
"conductance_data_gate_voltage/V_sweep_normal_c_dephasing_Nb_9" -> non-equilibrium calculations (bias voltage applied) for various charge dephasing values and bias voltages
"conductance_data_gate_voltage/V_sweep_normal_s_dephasing_Nb_9" -> non-equilibrium calculations (bias voltage applied) for various spin dephasing values and bias voltages
