Soil-transmitted helminth (hookworm, Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura) and S. mansoni infection among the 262 individuals whose K-K slide(s) (at least one slide) were available. The geometric mean EPGs among egg positive individuals was 46 EPGs for hookworm and 10 EPGs for T. trichiura. “Sh infection pos” means S. haematobium infection positive (pCAA500 positive and/or urine egg positive). “Sh infection indec” means pCAA500 indecisive and urine egg negative. “Sh infection neg” means S. haematobium infection negative (pCAA500 negative and urine egg negative).
