AlgebraicTransfer.jl: A New Julia Package for Exact Computations in the Peterson Hit Problem and Modular Invariants

This repository contains the Julia/OSCAR source code and validation drivers for a new Julia package AlgebraicTransfer.jl (v0.2.0). It provides an exact algorithmic framework for computing Steenrod-hit quotients, Kameko kernels, and quotient-level $GL(q)$-invariant equations over $\mathbb{F}_2$. The code includes the computational proof of a counterexample to Singer's Conjecture in bidegree (6, 42), alongside validation scripts for Dickson invariants and finite permutation modules.
