Trollius micranthus Raw sequence reads

In August 1974, the Qinghai-Tibet expedition team collected Ranunculus cymbalaria (94 43'E, 29 8'N) from Motuo County, Tibet Autonomous Region. The specimen is deposited at the Herbarium of the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences (https://www.cvh.ac.cn/, Zhirong Yang, zry@ibcas.ac.cn) under the voucher number 00467107. Total genomic DNA was extracted from silica-gel-dried leaf tissue using the CTAB method. Genome skimming was conducted on the DNBSEQ-T7 platform (MGI Tech) at the Molecular Sequencing Platform of the Germplasm Resource Bank, Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The chloroplast genome (cp genome) was de novo assembled using GetOrganelle v1.7.5 and annotated with CPGAVAS2. All annotation errors were manually corrected using Geneious Prime v9.0.2. The circular structure of the cp genome was visualized using OGDRAW.
